Pet stairs for all pet sizes - Mini, Midi, Bear’s Stairs™, and Maxi. All models are constructed of wood and covered with plush cut-pile commercial carpet. These steps will provide your pet with years of assistance and enjoyment. The carpet is very dense and durable, lasting up to 10 times longer when subjected to rough use. Tiny Pet Stairs
The Tiny Steps are designed specifically for small dogs and cats up to 12 lbs. The steps are angled like household steps but have short step height and deep step depth for little legs. They are available in 4- and 6-step models. These steps are made of wood and covered with plush cut-pile commercial carpet. The carpet is very dense and durable. It will last up to 10 times longer when subjected to rough use. Carpet shades will vary from time to time; however, most shades are in the medium range. Mini Pet Stairs
The Mini Pet Stairs are 12" wide and are intended for small dogs and cats up to 20 lbs. The steps are proportionately designed for the shorter legs of smaller dogs and cats. The length of your dog will also determine the steps selected. Standard-sized pet steps may be more suitable for a long dog, such as a Dachshund. The mini steps are available in 3-, 4- and 5-step models. These steps are made of wood and covered with plush cut-pile commercial carpet. The carpet is very dense and durable. It will last up to 10 times longer when subjected to rough use. Carpet shades will vary from time to time; however, most shades are in the medium range. The Midi pet stairs are available in 3-, 4- and 5-step models. These models bridge the gap between the Mini and Bear's Stairs and are suggested for cats and smaller dogs up to 20 lbs. These steps are made of wood and covered with plush cut-pile commercial carpet. The carpet is very dense and durable. It will last up to 10 times longer when subjected to rough use. The Maxi pet stairs are available in 3-steps only. Maxi pet stairs are designed for dogs 50 lbs. and over. These models have a footprint similar to that of household stairs and can support even the largest dogs. These steps are made of wood and covered with plush cut-pile commercial carpet. The carpet is very dense and durable. It will last up to 10 times longer when subjected to rough use. Carpet shades will vary from time to time; however, most shades are in the medium range. **RETURN POLICY**
1. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (returns without a Return Authorization Number will incur a 30% restocking fee)
2. Returns with an authorization number will incur a 15% restocking fee for standard orders
3. Steps with an added back will incur a 20% restocking fee (this does not apply to the Tiny Steps series or the 6, 7 and 8 Tall Steps)
4. Animal print orders have a 25% restocking fee
5. Shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless product is defective
7. Returns that are obviously used will incur a 50% restocking fee
8. All returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment date
9. Please put the Return Authorization # on the outside of the box and place documentation inside the box with your name, our name (Catgrace.com), and Return Authorization #
