Precious Parker dreaming sweet doggie dreamsPeaceful Parker in cozy, doggie heavenPerfectly contented Parker

Adrianne and Ross' Beauty:

Handsome Parker is a 2-1/2-year-old brindle boxer boy! Adrianne says, "He is spoiled...although, I'm sure he thinks this is how every dog lives. Parker is somewhat picky (aren't all spoiled little ones) and doesn't usually even touch a new bed...but, here he is snoozing away the first day we got it! He loves it and we couldn't be happier that he does." What a lucky boy to have such loving caretakers! We're so happy to know that Parker (what a beautiful boy) is enjoying his new bed, and we wish him many sweet doggie dreams!!

Adrianne and Ross purchased Bowsers Double Donut Bed for Parker (Mink, although bed photographed gray).

Baby, the Beautiful WolfEarthbound angels, Glen & Sharon Ochsenbein, with Beautiful Baby

Glen and Sharon's Beauty:

Our customers, Sheri and John, purchased the Funland 11 for their cat "kids" (see their cats' photos below), but Sheri also contributed the following story and photos above, which we just had to share as it's so remarkable! Sheri says, "My parents are proud to share their home in the country with 6 cats, 4 dogs, a parrot, and a pet wolf!! All of the animals they have were rescued from abandonment or abuse situations. The wolf had somehow become separated or alienated from her pack and always scrounged for food where my father worked. My father made sure she had scraps to eat everyday and she became increasingly more tame with him over time (similar to the Dances with Wolves scenario). One day the owner of the company mentioned his plans to shoot and kill the wolf and my father begged him not to, promising he would ‘take care of her’ - and take care of her, he did! He was able to bring her home and he and my mother took her to their vet. He warned them she would always be wild so not to expect to be able to domesticate her, but agreed under the circumstances to help them with her, saying she would never survive on her own without a pack. My mother and father learned as much as they could about wolves and their instincts and behaviors, and she eventually adopted my mother and father and their dogs as her pack, and sleeps in their bed with them every night with her head on a pillow! She reluctantly tolerates the cats but never tries to harm them, ignores the bird, and has taken her place as the alpha female with the dogs and they recognize her as such. It's very heartwarming to see the mutual love and respect between this intelligent, warm and loving animal and my parents, to be sure. We believe God brought her to the right place and the right person so she could be spared, and there is no doubt that if need be, she would give her life for my parents in return. What’s really neat is they have taught her to howl when they ask her if she’s a wolf or a dog! They’ll say, ‘Baby, are you a wolf, or are you a dog?!’ and she’ll sit down and put that nose straight up in the air and make her mouth round and hooooowwwwl as if to say, ‘A lowly dog? No way! I am WOLF!’ "

Thank you so much Sheri for sharing this heartwarming story, and thank you, Glen and Sharon, two kind-hearted animal lovers who wholeheartedly, without hesitation, embraced this beautiful creature, who may not have survived otherwise! ... and also for rescuing all your other beauties ... we applaud your compassion!

The majestic Taffy and inquisitive ZoeSweet-faced JinxJinx and Zoe in all their splendor - look at those gorgeous eyes!Taffy: Hey Jinx, Zoe....you guys in there?

Sheri and John's Beauties:

The beautiful trio: Taffy, Zoe and Jinx. Sheri says, "Jinx is our oldest kitty – he is a 12½-year-old Manx. We almost lost him recently to Hepatic Lipidosis, (also called Fatty Liver disease) but finally after hospitalization, surgery, 2 weeks of feeding him at home through a stomach tube every 2 to 3 hours around the clock (we realized we aren’t as young as we used to be!), and the skills of our caring veterinarian who supported us every step of the way, we are very pleased to say he has recovered 100% and is back to bossing around our other two kitties as if nothing ever happened!

Taffy is our biggest kitty - he weighs 20 lbs! He is a 10-year-old Maine Coon. Taffy moved to Arkansas from Boston, Massachusetts traveling over 1200 miles by car. He was a real trooper, never complaining one time during the 26-hour trip.

Zoe is our 9-year-old Siamese-mix. On a recent trip to the veterinarian we discovered she weighs 15 lbs and should be 9 or 10 lbs - time for a diet! She always meets us at the door at the end of the day with long meows and we haven’t decided if she's just happy to see us or is telling on the boys for whatever they did while we were gone!

They all enjoy the Funland for playing and napping, and we love it because they prefer it over our couch and loveseat! yay!"

What a fabulous bevy of beauties, they must truly brighten each and every day, and they're very fortunate kitties indeed to have such a loving home! And we're so happy to hear that Jinx beat the odds :-) ....you're a very special, lucky kitty to have such devoted, caring guardians to nurse you back to health!

Sheri and John, purchased the Funland 11 for Taffy, Zoe and Jinx.
